Getting to Know Our Bodies Through Movement and Writing
Focused on explorative movement and reflective writing, this class is for movers and non-movers alike. It stems from the facilitators’ own experience of being in their pain bodies, their sedentary bodies, and their playful bodies. Our desire is to become more familiar with where we are in order to embody a deeper connection with self. Each session blends somatic practice with mindfulness and expressive journaling.
